Inner dialogue is not a technique in itself. It is a process or an invitation to journey into sensations or images that arise in session through introspective dialogue. One can ask it what it is doing there, does it have a message for us, does it need something from us. The questions I will put to the client, as they sit and allow themselves to be in contact with what they are experiencing, stem from both logic and intuition. This can lead to unlocking blocked emotions, developing self-awareness and learning to live and work peacefully with the contents of our psyche.
